When I first ran the Charger I got a 15.2x
Last night I ran a 14.11 .... car is still 100% stock !!

I beat another Charger R/T, he was one of the Daytona versions (thats supposed to be faster and have 15 more hp), and he has done several mods.... beat him by .12 seconds ! woohoo !!

Im launching harder and harder, and still no tire spin, so I think I can go even harder.... Devin's thinks I can get 13.99 Stock !

That 14.11 was the first time that Jason ever actually launched the car using anything close to the full potential of the car. With a little bit of practice I am convinced that it has 13.9s in it, which is consistant with the times that we see posted online. It may very well do even better than that.

which model of the charger is it and what year?

have you yanked the spare and jack out of it for some minor weight savings?

He took every little bit of weight out of that thing that you can imagine.

The thing that made the difference (going from a 14.5 to a 14.1) was the launch. Up until now he has been launching the same way that I launch the Mark VIII: From an idle. My torque converter locks at 1100 rpm and him and I both assumed that his worked the same way. As it turns out his TC locks up at 2300 RPM. So on his first run he braked it up to about 1500 RPM and got a 14.3. On the second and final run he braked to about 1800 and got a 14.1. I think he can take it to about 2000 and the TC will still be stalling and should make for an even harder launch.

His 60 foot went from a 2.35 to a 2.1 with no wheelspin at all.

Is it really still stock? Air intake and all? That's quite an improvement from before. The weather was great too!

As far as I am aware the only thing that wasn't stock about the car is that he took his 100 pounds of speakers out, and took out the spare and jack, plus any other miscellaneous crap he might have normally had in the car. It still had all the interior, etc. He even was running with over 1/2 a tank of gas.

He could roll a 13.9, I can feel it.

Yeah the car is still 100% stock... minus the spare tire..

I let some air out of the back tires, and changed up my launch.. and yup did it make a difference...
