Motorized Mayhem Ensues...

after trying to run to track load tune while driving having problems with connection to car and not getting tune loaded for fri nite and still only running a 12.08. I was disappointed but it was nice getting back to the track and seeing everyone and FH spectacular show.

Well I did get the tune loaded today and thought I would try it on the street without the nitrous. I guess the only way to express it is what I actually said. HOLY SHIT

the problem I have tried to work on has been that the computer is still telling the xmsn to let the torque converter slip and with nitrous it was blow thru it.

now to see how it runs at midnight drags. and I do have to say a note about my sponsor for the tune. BAMACHIPS at least look at the flash video its cool and neat

Devin I appreciated your help didnt have much to work with and I was trying to run from body shop straight to track so cant expect much. You always have good advice and help where you can thanks. We can see how it does on midnight madness

good luck, and try not to do a flyinhillbilly impression now, 11.68 on 5 cyls and on fire is cool to watch, and fun to do, but it is a lot of work and money to fix. hopefully you can get in the 11's now.

thanks Fh I have learned to make sure I go thru the checklist and okay not doing it on 5 but just a small 4.6l mod motor pushing a 3600lb car. so I am proud of where she is at. i can do fancy flashing lights too, it's just kind of expensive to tear up enough shit that the emt's turn them on for me. we are definatley the crowd to hang with though, i'mk finally one of the "in" crowd, woo hoo!!! so are you gpoing to try to make street machines for the true radial class?

It is a possibility I may do street nationals. I am supposed to run the new tune and call my sponsor back and if they come down and have a booth I definatly will. I will have to have car at fair grounds for a little time in morning but then run it in street class. trying to get tires worked out now just in case.
