Motorized Mayhem Ensues...

Well Im leaving today for St. Louis. We are going to WATCH. Too bad the GTA wasnt done. But just thought Id let everyone know. Is anyone going to race or watch? Look for us on TV!!

That's an *ALL DAY* event, I have a feeling they won't want to put 12 hours of people standing around waiting for cars to run on Speed all day long. But who knows?

It was live online and it will be on TV on Sept 11th or 12th. I cant remember. We set in some good seats..LOTs of fun. Ford vs Chevy in the end!! Cant tell ya who wins..have ta watch. We might be on TV they taped us all standing up and yelling so IDK..Most fun Iv ever had. Lots of 9 second "race cars". Not too many street cars soo I got a little board. But it was a great time! The two brothers with the 68 blue firebird and the newer Red LS camaro were there. Theyy were on Pinks if you didnt know. Didnt race but had the cars and they were there. We got to talk them..awsome cars..

Rich wouldnt let them race, but they were allowed to make some exhibition passes. Sounds like a fun day though

They never went down the track..idk y Rich wouldnt let them...this was when they were doing the wheelstand comp. and the jet car and other things. They pulled up to do a burn out..then they just hooked golf carts to them and pulled them back to the pits

Yeah it didnt sell on Ebay so he "bought" it back. I dont think he really did..LOL.

The stipulation was it had to bring like $40,000. He bought that car as his first, and dad helped him build it thru the years. It is soon to have a turba on it, if it doesnt already. Those are 2 pretty good guys, tim and todd.

The episode with those two brothers was my all time favorite, and I think that many people list that as a favorite episode when they are talking about the show.

I think that the both of them are real, and good guys, and the way the father was involved says that the entire family is good.

But I am calling total bullshit on the show. The reason the show was good was the drama that ONE of them was going to LOSE. There was even a pointed discussion about that before the racing started. And now I find out that he gets to keep his car on what is essentially a technicality??

I don't want him to lose his car. And truthfully I am relieved that he kept it. But the SHOW is BULLSHIT. That's the essential premise of the thing, and old Baldy keeps going on about how real the show is and how all the "haters" really bother him. Well, count me in with the haters.

Cool cars, cool people, cool races, bullshit show. At least Pinks All Out doesn't appear to be run on a false premise, unless they don't pay out the money at the end or something.

when we go race the muttstang, you can bet your ass, your housecat, and your cowboy hat that if we win we WILL be leaving with the other teams car.

I don't have a cowboy hat or a cat. And as far as ass, I'm all ass.

I think that the racers that are on the show are top notch, I don't mean to be casting slight onto them. Just Rich Christenson that I am bashing.

I know that you'll play it straight, FH. Don't take what I said as anything personal, I'm sure you know I didn't mean it that way.

I'll be really interested in hearing how the show runs from a participant's perspective.

i didn't take it that way at all, i was just making the statement that we're showing up to race title for title, and that's how it's going to go down regardless of what rich has to say. there will be no hanky panky on our episode. they will probably edit it and make us look like total dicks though ........................ oh wait.

The show is bullshit, search ls1tech for when they were suppose to be on the show. Tostos episode was the best. Not so much that someone was gonna lose a car, but that it was a true, honest, rivalry. Them guys gave it all, and he was pretty sure he was going to lose his car. He was scared shitless for a WHILE, during the time the car was on ebay. What made it even worse is that some of his friends were bidding on it. HAHA, I hate the show anymore, after the LS1tech incident up in KC. Lost a lot of respect for that show.
